The Million Dollar Listing New York power agent is getting pumped.
Ryan Serhant and Emilia Bechrakis Serhant have relocated to an amazing new $7.6 million townhouse in Brooklyn, and the design renovations are currently underway. As viewers saw in the Season 7 finale of Million Dollar Listing New York, the power agent is most excited about transforming his sizable basement into an epic home gym so he can work out in privacy.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, Ryan shared a gloomy "current" picture of the basement alongside a picture of his slick "inspo" for the new design and what it's all going to look like eventually. Creamy hues, white-washed floors, and painted brick make for quite possibly the most calming, zen gym we've ever seen.
